2 Years With Avon!
I was asked, “What’s your experience with Avon been like the last 2 years? and What do you want to do this year?”
Here is how my journey started.
I officially placed my first order December 6, 2016. I had signed up a few weeks prior. My daughter had went through and trashed all my makeup and I was in desperate need of some lipstick. So I made the decision to look into Avon as a way to restock on my makeup and possibly make a little cash on the side. I looked into the compensation plan and decided to try and hit a couple immediate goals. When I signed up, I decided to have some friends over to shop the brochure, try out samples and have a couple cocktails. Excitedly, I placed my first order of over $1500!
Fast forward 2 years and its been an excited journey!!! I began leadership Feb 2017 and closed out 2018 with a total of 94 active representatives on my team. Together we had a total of over $186,000 in total sales. 15 representatives have started leadership by welcoming 1 or more representatives to join their team. I consistently earn over $1,000 per month. $1,000 per month may not sound like much, but for me, it gave me the chance to close my home daycare of over 12 years because it bought me TIME. It bought me Time to begin another business that I’ve wanted to start for the last few years. I’ve been awarded prizes both company sponsored and through my mentors. My husband and I have been on 2 all inclusive vacations thanks to great incentives. I’ve been selected to participate in various trainings for leaders and to assist in training new representatives. I have even be invited to offer my feedback in surveys to better the experience for all representatives. And all along, I have also had a lot of fun!
