So I finally feel like I am in a better position to take control of my health and get back to a more serious fitness routine.  Aside from my normal outdoor fun like the beach and a bike ride along the lake, here are my plans for the rest of the summer. 

Exercise Routine-
Daily Walks/Stationary Bike 30-60 mins
During my walks/rides I focus more on deep breathing and clearing my mind. I listen to upbeat music to keep an energetic pace but currently I am not pushing myself to run. I also use this time to either think about any goals I want to accomplish. If I am outdoors, I enjoy the sights and fresh air.
Strength training/Weights 4 to 5 times a week. I like the program Body Beast and then I add in some additional ab work and stretching. I have the body type that builds muscle fast and strength training is my fave. So I do

I prefer to do some sort of exercise in the morning. But, I also want to get back to working out in the evening with my husband. 3-5 nights a week.

Current Nutrition Plan-
My immediate goal is to  days is to up the number of fruits and veggies that I eat daily.  My goal is at least 2 fruits and 4 servings of veggies.  Most my mornings will be fruit and yogurt. Lunch and snacks will include salads, boiled eggs, green smoothies and protein shakes.  I like to make green smoothies with water, spinach, celery, ginger, apple, and pineapple. And I enjoy my Espira plant protein shakes with almond milk and fruit/veggie or with peanut butter. That way I get in these fruit and veggies early. Dinner with the family usually a meat and veggie. Sometimes pastas, quinoa or rices.  I strive for a healthier lifestyle while enjoying everything in moderation.
WATER
I need more of it. Water all day! 60-70 oz minimum daily.
SUPPLEMENTS

I will also be incorporating  the entire Espira 30 day Boost System into my plan starting August 6th with a 3 Day Cleanse. Then, I will add Metabolism boost and hunger block daily.  Posting Stats Every Month!  Goals is to lose about 10-12 lbs, tighten my arms and flatten my tummy between now and 1st week of September.
