I exercise pretty regularly. Like Monday-Friday for at least 30 mins a day. My problem really developed over the last 6 months of 2018. My nutrition was just off. I eat healthy foods for the most part. I love juicing. I love to make a good green smoothie. And we typically use whole grains like brown rice, quinoa or bulgar.  But I had also started adding junk food, fast food, processed foods and just eating in excess with the mindset that a little bit wont hurt. Well it did. Not only did the weight start to really pile on, I also started to crave things like chips, pasta and cakes. I’ve always had my chocolates, but in moderation like once a week or so. But, I even started to eat more chocolates more often. Clearly my eating is getting out of control

 

 Time to Get Back to Meal Planning

As a family, we started to eat more plant based and made the decision to cut out most meats about 6 weeks ago.  It was not easy at first and I will share more about that in another post. At that time I found that we are all happier knowing what we will eat for the week. Plus, it is super important to staying on track for weightloss to have a plan. I have about 35 lbs to lose.  So, here it is…. My mealplan for the week Jan 7th-Jan 11th. The plan for the weekend is not set but will still follow guidelines.
